| That is because you are buffing rune on the whole group which makes the mob angry. Try being solo sitting next to a group and rune yourself, 0 aggro. Same with this axe, the rune proc does not generate any aggro because it is you buffing you, not you buffing someone with aggro. | ||||

| If ya havent heard already these are the new way to get rage to spawn. These are all very rare random drops off of ANY MOB in skyfire. You need to get 4 of them cand combine them(not sure how yet) to complete the shard, then you give it to an NPC standing in front of the big dragon statue near rage' | ||||
