	Save up for this and buy it when you can. +5 Wisdom and +10 Mana rocks, and when you find something better, you can slap this sucka in your range slot and keep right on going. And the 10/25 ain't too shabby. As an update to the above info, Beastlords can also equip this weapon.

	the ac would do squat for a chanter(besided vulak drop a robe that chanters can use with compareable ac) cause at this level mobs are quading for like 850 to 1k a pop so even of the extra ac the enchanter gets makes the mob miss 1 hit he is dead anyways actuly at the upper end unless your the main

	Aarrgh! How many times have I seen this debate?? All ordinary Velium weapons (not Coldain) proc at level 25. Not before and no ammount of clicking will change it. Although one does wonder why you have to wait to level 25 to get a 12 damage effect.
