Was playing around with my level 6 mage. Someone walked up and gave me this, plus a sorcerous bowl. Which if you check on here it sells for 12k, but on my server 5-6k is more reasonable. That is nice. |

I think this a great addition for casters. I am a 45 enchanter on Xev and one day in WC a bloody puma jumped me and I couldn't kill it. I was level 45 and couldn't kill a level ten monster. (I didn't have mez or a DD memed at the time)

Okay, for all you who are saying this item is a joke, check the slots it can be equipped in. As a wizard, I'd kill to have 25 STR, 15 INT, 50 Mana, and 50 AC in my RANGE slot. Sure as hell beats my Sarnak Ceremonial Dagger.

This is the worst weapon(that i know of) that drops in ToV. Its off the weakest dragon, so it makes sense. Hey, but at least its good for all those disease dragons out there..i think zlandicar is one, but i am most likely wrong |

Easily if you kill bears, and sell the pelts you could make enough money to buy this. Especially if someone sells it for 100-300 pp. Thats about 15 HQ pelts.
