Yes. This drops in maiden's eye too. It drops in the Coterie camp. I don't believe it was a named so it may just be random off any Coterie. |

The ring is No Drop, I wonder if this can be given to someone. The stats are kinda cruddy, even though it's low level quest. I think this may be the stepping stone for something better.

Well you can camp these at the zone in from Maiden. As far as this stuff being common...well we camoed there for 4 hours and not one piece of this armor dropped. We had 3 strong groupos and were dropping them fast. We did get some lvl recommended stuff that wasn't very nice...and the exp suxurs! |

Dropped last night in Maiden's Eye off a Coterie. Random drop, not from a named or anything. Must be uncommon to rare, as I've slaughtered these guys before and this was the first I've seen.

My level 33 troll SK got this item. Same AC but much easier to get than Darkforge and Sentient breastplates - and it has FIRE RESISTANCE !!!

Er, the definition of No Drop is that you cannot drop or trade them item. So, no, cannot give it to someone else. Nor would you need to. This quest can be done by a naked level one. The items needed can be obtained under a tree 10 feet from the first NPC. |

Camped the zone in for 7.5 hours last week and saw the following drops:

Pretty sure that the effect is one point per damage shield that is on you, plus a one base. So a lvl 60 Ranger would get five from coat, four from call of earth and three from this item. If they got a damage shield, they would get another point from the cloak plus the damage from the DS. |

I think your missing the point with this weapon. It's not necessarally for constant use. the dam/delay shows that. it's not magic, it doesn't have any stats. It's for fun. Ya take it and show it off to your friends.
I think it's a fitting reward, for a quest that requires the skill.

For a level 1, this is pretty good ;). Remember that for a long time the only magic rings you can get non-twink would be CT rings at 12-15 or so, or the Agi version. Therefore a nice little newbie quest for some stats in a slot that shouldn't normally be used. And 5 hp at 1 is pretty ubah! heheh |

Unraag, he was talking about turning it in to another NPC as part of another quest. TONS of items in the game are no-drop and are turned in for quests... Ring of the Ancients, just about all Epic items, etc...

Bah this may say it is a 55+ item but I dont see any 55+ person getting it without a full raid party then you only have a 1 in 20 chance of winning the roll as thier are at least that many rangers, druids and warriors on that raid.
