	Haloween belt AKA Girdle of the Holy Wanderer. Got one myself from EK. I think the fact this has some mana on it makes up for the 2 wis, nice resists and double the ac. Any caster/leather class would be happy with this. Ill take it!

	i was pulling a powerful rockhopper to my group but it got KSed, too bad cause just through the name i can make a pretty acurate guess that the powerful rockhopper drops it, please correct me if i'm wrong i just wanted to put a possibility out there

	Hm, but they obviously had to CREATE this item especially -- whereas cloth armor already exists. So there should be a storyline reason for it, and the most obvious reason is that it's for a Quest, somewhere....

	While BANE damage adds to the base damage vs a particular type, this sort of damage is an "extra" which is calculated after the usual 2x multiplier - so this is more like a 12.5/27 damage weapon vs mobs that don't resist vs fire.

	... might be to wear this with a suit of the Validus Custodius armor from the Katta guards -- the negative AGI from the armor would be nicely offset by this cloak. Of course, you probably need to be a heck of a lot higher level to get this Cloak than the armor...

	ERNT, WRONG Velium Swiftblade gives 1% haste per level, to a max of 40%, based upon that at 100% haste you have a delay equal to half the delay of the weapon. See, there are several different ways to evaluate haste, this is one of them. I won't go into them here, just wonder what two haste it

	50PP?!? You're kidding, right? +10 INT is absolutely awesome, that sort of stat used only to be available on robes from things like Cazic Thule himself. My Erudite Enchantress would LOVE to replace her Shardtooth's Flayed Skin and/or Crystalline Robe with this.

	why does this stuff exist? AC sux, I can get better from the quest from the guy by the gate much earlier than level 11. Plus this only sells for a few silver (did I even get a gold? don't think I did..hmm) is this possibly for some quest to improve it maybe?

	So effectively, Bobbling Corpse is the same as Dead Man Floating minus the See Invis, that SK's can cast, not too shabby. If I had an SK, Id be happy with the effect alone...I know when my necro got DMF, that was a turning point, my feet have since to touch the ground. Happy Hunting
