| The best source of silk I have come across are Crag spiders in E. Karana. "Crag hill" is located near the W/E Karana zone and is north of the path. Crags drop anywhere from none up to eight at a time. | ||||

| The stamina is a level effect. If you wear a +3 stamina item as a level 1 character, you will probably get around ... 3-4 hit points. If you get +3 stamina as a level 40 character, you will get about 7-8 hit points. I have an alt, when I wear crystacean breastplate (+15 stamina) I get around 50 hit | ||||

| On Xegony, these sell in the bazzar for anywhere from 35-100pp each. Luckily I have never paid for one yet. They are a rare drop off of a semi-rare spawn in Steamfont - Steam Elmentals. | Actually I think Crag hill is in East Karana, at about -1000, 0 on the EQATLAS map: http://www.eqatlas.com/ekaranamap.html West Karana is not connected to East Karana. You have to go through North Karana to get there. Good hunting! I went though EXACTLY the same thing. | ||||
