| I would guess he is on about a 1 week spawn. Desapwns when you talk to him. Also despawns after a set time. Maybe 30 mins to 2 hours? Or he has a PH with about a 30 min to 2 hour spawn and a very low chance of him popping. The PH may or may not despawn. If its a PH anyone seen any other new spaw | ||||

| Shmendrik Lavawalker. He is a cleric, he conned green to 50, and was walking after 2 rends, when i killed him, a flame spirit popped, blue to 50, but i wasnt expecting it, so i couldnt kill him. i suspect this is the cleric quest, but you never know. the flame spirit is said to drop a broken crow | ||||

| Man, the patch is not even 24 hours old and people got the "its broken" attutide because they can't find an NPC. Its a FA style quest! I would not be suprised if he spawns only once a week or such. Give it time before ye get the "its broken" attitude. | ||||

If you then ask what wizards he will tell you some more and ask if you will deliver a letter to Camin in erudin. You agree to this and he gives you a letter. That says "Hello frie | ||||

Find Solomen (He is right near the SK Darkforge quest giver). Hail him and ask him the following: - What history? - What Wizards? - I agree. | ||||

| I believe you are talking about Tsaria Jnarus, who has been there for quite some time. For those that haven't realized it, High Keep has a rotten core. There is a DE torturer in the Jail area, and the High Elf prisoner in the Jails is really a DE in disguise. | ||||

| I am not so convinced that the Quest is broken but maybe someone received the note prior to you and they turned it in. This may have despawned the person. Such as the gnome in North Karnas for the boots there. Also this happens in part of the druids new quest. I would keep looking if I were you. | ||||
