| This comes from Prince Skriatat...he is a named Owlbear that spawns somewhat near the Cat City entrance. He is a rare spawn; I only saw him once in about 3 hours tonight and that was because the zone crashed and had to be repop'd. Good luck. | It's all about delay as a warrior... lamentations are still awesome... 9 dmg ain't much, but 19 delay is hot... expect these to be pretty good for the mid/high lvl secondary tanks, and as always, expect a high price till the initial WOW settles down | ||||

| could be part of a quest for an item with an effect. the Grimy Lance comes to mind. It has blank effect (it even tries to proc a but says it has no charges left) but when you do the Soulfiend Lance quest it gets an effect. Or it could be they just forgot to remove the blank for effect. | ||||
