	i did the quest for this item. you need to get 3 shisar guts from the grey and bring them to a guy in catta. im a iksar so hated in catta but as a monk i use sneak and be indif to do the quest. he can be found in the upper part of catta in a castle like area wearing a crystal covered shroud looking
