| as a dwarf rogue this is probably the best or one of the best shoulder items I can wear. it is about 160HPs for me(not counting Natural Durability AAs). and 15 dex means I proc Avatar sooner. | ||||

| If you actually read the whole spell description you will see that it delivers said 75 pts of damage at LEVEL 1. I'm not 100% sure but I think item procs are delivered at maximum level possible so this will likely deliver considerably more than 75 pts. | ||||
