Chances are you wont get the chance to get one if you are Not in an Uber guild and 60..Even with Uber Guilds they have Loot Codes to where ..well, Is suppose to be where longest Members get Loot | ||||

There is Rathe Mountains for fine steel of course that place is always so obscenely crowded for such a small zone that it's unreal. But at 40, you can also do advanced dungeons that drop much better stuff than | ||||
