| I have had this proc go off 3-4 times in a row and caused little additional aggro even when coupled with a Spear of Eternal Bondage proc. This is on a bard if it tells you anything. | ||||

| Part of the Trade Commish's quest (2nd part). Which results in mainly faction, and a silly + CHA necklace. My thought on the effect thing is that all items, when programmers are creating them, have an effect slot, but they obviously forgot to remove it, like on many items in Luclin right now. | ||||

A good ranged weapon with plenty of range might be really useful in a duel, especially when you're a melee type up against a caster and the duel drags on to a half-hour thing like some do. | If you're pulling at lower levels, this looks like a great item. At high levels though, you don't want to pull mobs that summon with damage. Dispels or other non-damaging debuffs work great. Dementieva of Tallon | ||||
