| It drops off Heirophant Grazan, the same guy who drops the Clattering Bone necklace and the Bone Braced Buckler. I've killed him 3 times. | Actually, all the mobs that drop the items for these quests can easily be killed by a group in their low-mid 40's. Just because people in their 50's are doing these quests, doesn't mean that's what they were designed for! Heck, many of these mobs can be pretty easily soloed by my level 42 Pala | ||||

| /agree Rocktitan I can't imagine how you think retroactive is the way to go for ALL dynamic changes (nerfs).
