| I would have to go back and verify this, but the message that the NPC says has changed, he now wants all 3 casks at once, where before he would keep track of how many you turned in, he now does not. | I semi agree with this.. Yes, a pulling bow should be able to reach out and touch somebody from a long ways off, but Every point of damage you do without taking a point in return is a good thing.
