| Of course you can complete this spell before lvl 50, if you couldn't, it wouldn't be a lvl 49 spell. Anyway, it's no good use unless you have high ac so u can take the hits you're gonna be drawing from the proc. | ||||

| Many Rogues malign the CS these days because it is slow. Yep, slow it is. Still, using this in the main hand and at maximum haste really only shifts my damage from spam hits to bigger backstabs versus a Trak Tooth for example. | i'm afraid to disagree with mandicus but i must =/ i've killed neh`ashiir 9 times so far trying to get the torch for my epic, so far 9 shields and 0 torches have dropped. oh well, just my luck. never seen the staff though, so i can't comment on that. edit: 21 kills later, i got my torch | ||||
