| IC is the only ring you can be ported to without a dragon tooth. VI made it so that in order to be ported to dragon portals across velious, you need to make it there on foot first. The tooth you need spawns in the middle of the ring, just make it there and pick it up. :) | ||||

| as stated above, "a drake", the PH for hasten, has the scale. i didn't have any luck with basalt drakes. if you kill hasten, then a drake will spawn for you (use a tracker if you can; he wanders like hasten does). i would like to amend the conventional theory that a drake is hasten's PH to hasten | ||||

| I finally completed this last night. I tried most all the tactics listed here to spawn the necro but found it is simply a random spawn that pops only at night (7pm-7am).
