| I think what these people are trying to say is that yes....for purposes of swing frequency haste does in fact affect weapon delay. But for the purposes of Damage Bonus, no the delay is still considered to be the original delay of the weapon. So a hasted 40 delay weapon wouldn't lose it's damage | ||||
