| Go to Steamfont. Make sure you have Treeform and Ward summoned. Watch where spawns come. Find a spot where you can pull what you want and Treeform. You can pull Elementals to you. Or Drakes. | Actually, that is not true. This armor IS listed in the fashion tables, but not under the chestplate. It is called Clerical Golden Plate (not sure why, except that the color is golden).
