| Dwarves cant be shrunk. Neither can gnomes or halflings. Mid-sized races can be shrunk once. Large-sized races can be shrunk twice. So if you're a shorty, the bracer isnt of much use unless you want to cast on others. Still sells well though... | ||||

| The post below is wrong on casters. Casters CAN cast on the back of a horse, just not while moving. Same as if you're on the ground. All fighting rules are the same. I don't know about medding though, VI hasn't said anything on that. All that changes is your run speed and your character model. | ||||
