This is without a doubt the best item I have ever gotten in EQ so far.
-It has a casting time of approx. 8 sec.
-Cold based damage spell (winter's roar) =263 dmg
Here's why this item ROCKS.
1) I pull with Malise (60 mana)[cheap] to lower Cold resist.

You should be able to sell in Kejek, assumingn you've not killed any cat people. I think everyone except erudites are fine there. Just don't use any illusions going there, cause I hear the kitties don't like that much. |

You actually get 5gold-20 g from chesgard and a weapon worth up to 3pp (if u get the mace)so u can get 5pp per sash on a good day, more usually works out at 3pp and a little xp-you should be able to solo the bandit farm by lvl 16 if your smart and know how to pull one or two at a time, I camped it |
