| NOT sure what race you are but for barb shammies you get SoF from barb vendor in FV no beggin required just walk in and buy it.It is in the only building on the docks that a barb can fit in.Now if you are ogre or troll I don't knkow exactlly where the vendor is but it is somewhere in the OT outpost | ||||

| If you want the looks and a better ratio look at the line of Velium Spears(Light Velium spear, etc) they are fairly expensive though since they come out of Dragon Necropolis and they look the exact same it think | ||||

As a druid, I could either buy 1 PKT (+14 wis off hand I think) for thousands of pp, or I could buy 2cbb, a foreman's tunic, and some splitpaw hide gloves for maybe 750pp and have gotten +15 wis...
