| A level 14 what? I know as a level 20 wood elf rogue I was able to come here with no problem (except getting lost a lot. Even the heart spiders are passive and let you walk past. I should add that I was headed straight to lower guk at the time so I can't verify that EVERYTHING will be nice to you | ||||

| Well, A) you need a big raid to kill Dlammaz and B) Kael faction is the BEST for tanks (highest AC) and therefore many people WILL NOT give up their Kael faction to go on a raid to have the chance to get this weapon. Raising faction isn't all that bad (just go kill dorfs in Thurg B) | ||||

| The procs are pretty much random. I have a deadwood stave and a Dex of 110. In one battle I had it proc 7 times and then only 2 times over the next five battles.
