| I'm a level 24 Druid. Larik Z'Vole (the Necro) was level 17 and seemed to have around 250hp's. The Dark Elf Courier was only level 16 but seemed to have had around 600hp's (total HP's it took to bring him down... he did heal at least once during the fight). The 2 together took 423HP's from me. | ||||

| OK I found it, Like people said it is in High Hold Keep. Just go buy it from the vendor next to the banker. No one in zone had it, but he vender sold it to me for the low low bargain price of 42plat. But it was worth it, I got 3 swords I sold and a no drop bracer from the quest so far. | ||||
