| I travel so much that each time im in any of the NPC zones involved in the quest I do it. I pass by highold keep so much (to buy stuff for making fine plate armor) I sometimes go to basement and kill crazed goblins and it drops in less than 10 kills or so. | Kill the Halflings in Nektulos forest, there are 3 camps of them and a Leatherfoot deputy wanders back and fort between the 3 camps. The deputy is a bit higher lvl than the other halflings, and so it the Leatherfoot medic that is at the camps occasionally. | ||||

| Agreed, Basil is often up while no one is doing the quest, and I've even seen Paglan once. My guess is you need fairly high amiable faction to turn in the heads -- that's where my faction is now. | ||||
