| I've done this quest a few times and I have received the spells: Strike, Lull, Flash of Light, and Gate (lvl 5 spell). As far as money goes, I've gotten from a few copper to 3gp. | The cat people are just one of the types that hate wolf form, much like the Fiorna Vie gaurds, Kunark Dragons, and the Barbarians will KOS wolf form even if they normally like you. I think wolf form is also hated by pretty much everything in Velious. | ||||

| The shining stone is no drop and lore but it's NOT no rent, meaning you CAN log after you get it and it will not disappear. | Um, the damage bonus on two-handers is not what you think it is. It doesn't reward you for how fast the weapon is. It rewards you for how SLOW the weapon is. Case in point, at level 50, my Silver Swiftblade has a damage bonus of 1. However, looking at a Weighted Axe, I see a damage bonus of 43 ( | ||||

| Figures. Guess they wanted to make sure melees and hybrids had to beg or pay casters to bind them, and not let them bind anywhere else but in cities. Basically, this is one of the biggest imbalances in the game, that biases the game towards int and wis casters. They fixed this on the Firona Vie | ||||

| Rangers should have maxed piercing, period. And for that matter, 1HS, 2HS, and 1HB with 2HB as an option.
