| im lvl 36, jsut got it tonight in NFP - worked on zigg flin with it - dbl atked for 105 and 92 - 197dmg at one tme, that pretty sweet, doens tproc yet, and wont for a while but the dmg is nice, hella slow though... i think i still prefer my CSS and lammy, or maybe my stormwood battle staff, but this | ||||

| on tov it retails at about 20k. Has a mostly dark green look with black edging. IMHO better looking than a bcr. The haste is great, im a necro who does melee a lot so any extra speed is greatly appreciated. All in all a great robe. | ||||

| The kolbalb scouts drop the hides in case your wondering just to the right of the panieel there is a camp of kolbalds usally 2watchers and a scout, sometimes a shaman or two and a watcher im a lvl 5 sk and can clear the camp by my self. The hides weigh like 2.5 stone though so there almost not wort | ||||

| If its any thing like the Velious Quest armor factions the NPC will not tell u what they need unless u have good enough factions to complete it. Although since the scout is KOS to every one Indifferent might be the only factions she needs. | ||||

| Went back with my DE SK. Same result at his Lvl 47. Trap wire took him out pretty quickly after I got rooted. I couldn't target it to attack, so it's got to be a trap and not a Mob. | I suggest to go to Black Burrow in Qeynos got me from 5 to 9. Now I'm going to west karana and grouping with 3 or 4 people and getting bandit sashes. Each sach gives exp and also gets you a bronze weapon wor th about 3 to 5 pp in the bar not fish's ale but another one but you can look that up in thi | ||||
