| I use a bullsmasher (dwarf gnome halfling only) to keep up 1HB. It's easily obtainable at level 4 for dwarf paladins, just be patient. | good point double attack is a random generation but to be completely accurate u must turn your misses on as well, using a Bard seems to be the most accurate when holding a 2h also the longer you time it the more accurate the haste % is. best way to do it is time 100 swings notice i said swings inclu | ||||

| I am not sure if I like this wep or not, I'm a DE WAR and its' proc boosts me to 189 str but the damage it does is rarely over 105. Crits don't seem to be coming any more often, and the 80pt damage soaker or whatever it is seems sort of insignificant. My dex is only 84 though so maybe I'll look to | ||||

| They usually do accessability according to the lowest level mobs present in zone. In this case it would be Ssynthi at about 18, then pledges at 19-21, so I don't know, but werewolves and gypsy musicians, the mobs that drop these are usually 28-30, if I'm not mistaken.
