| 1 item, 1 song and 1 spells is very true for haste stacking. However some item haste are really spells (right click and proc), so it is possible to stack haste from items like FBSS(perm) and exe axe(proc), but never two permanent haste items. | ||||

| Jacinths drop in highlevel planes and dungeons. The most common spot is Old Sebillis. People usually sell Jacinths to vendors, who pay 166pp with 110 cha. So you should have no problem buying them for 200pp a piece, at least on most servers. | ||||
