| If you don't have the skill Dual Wield, you can't even put it into the secondary slot, much less proc it on anything. Just try with a cracked staff sometime; those are primary/secondary but still can't be put in offhand without Dual Wield. | ||||

| I'll tell you what I do Shamu but I first need explain how I'm equiped. Since I do alot of soloing I had to reach a reasonable balance between a high wis and a high ac.
