| They seem to drop randomly off giants everywhere. Ive seen them drop Deep in Kael (gleed Dragonhunter camp) as well as in Eastern Wastes, Iceclad and Great Divide. As long as it isnt a named giant, they have a chance to drop the helms & toes. Good Hunting. | ||||

| Yes, you can raise the faction with them as well as Freeport Militia. There is a quest in High Hold Pass for collecting and turning in gnoll scalps. Check that out, took me from KOS to NON in just a few. I suppose it matters haw bad off you are how long it will take. Hope it helps | ||||
