| No shield enables magical creatures to be hit by slam. The Slam ability uses the shoulders and so having a magical mantle or pauldron of some sort should enable you to hit magical creatures. (I'm about 80% sure about this statement), I could be wrong | ||||

| My advice to you is forget WC. Stay on Kunark the xp is WAY better and you can still be close to home base. Go to Field of Bone, if thats getting green start heading into Kurns Tower. You should be able to fight the entrance, any problems you can zone out. You are getting to the point in your lvls | ||||

| I'm level 35 also, about halfway through. I've done some hunting in Dalnir, and some hunting of HGs in Rathe mountains. | I believe your EQ ini file in your EQ folder has settings (true/false I think) that allow you to modify whether you see old armor, or the newer, higher resolution velious armors. Check the updated .doc in your EQ folder. | ||||
