| Ummm technacly it dosent. It lowers the delay on your WEAPON, (thus increaseing how FAST you attack) It does not grant more attacks. Just lets you attack more in the same amount of time...if it was haste like MOST games think of haste I would be alot happyer :) (Double monk attacks at lvl 60 W | ||||
