| Charisma helps our slows stick, and this item has 40(!!) charisma on it. Even the Kobold Jester's crown only has 30 charisma -- this item is huge for charisma. Heck, it might even make alchemy a tinge less brutal. Mainly, though, it could possibly be truly outstanding for how it helps our slows. | ||||

| Ok not immediately obvious, but a very nice situational item for Necros who need to do a spot of Crowd Control. The 40 Cha will help immensely with ST and Undead Charms, the +15% Alteration is nice (most of our spells use Alteration) and with the new raised INT/Mana this thing gives you another 90 m | ||||
