| i think this item has alot to potential, not only having snare, bu with all the now adn before haste items, even teh low rank ones, this woudl become a decent not incredible uber equip off hadn weapon..snare, witha bonus fo attacking and such, slowing the mob and lettign you beat the hell off of it | ||||

| i seriously doubt this item has unlimited changes of snare . it drops off a lvl 20 mob in an easy zone . more than like ly it either has to be thrown for the snare to work or it has 2 charges like the crystaline webs in CC. someone plz post about this if you have one or know someone with it . so | ||||

| yes each piee has an effect boots or helm have levitate arms have dod or drones of doom nice to keep some of the stuff in an EE bag or something for the effect but you have to have it on to use the effect so you have to change out when you want to use.. weight is pretty bad on these also but thats j | ||||
