| The recommended level on the item says 51. That means if you are below 51 you can't equip it. I assume the proc works at 51 when you can equip it, under that the point is moot. | ||||

| This is still one of the best head items for a Monk / Beastlord until you can get level 50+ no drop stuff. The leather graphic doesn't look that cool but I'm not parting with the stats on this thing. It helps my weapon proc immensely. | ||||

| We did this on saturday, all we did was kill everything in the fort and got a druid to track and pull anything wandering around the place. We got 2 pops of the patriarch and both times it dropped the monocle. This was in about 45 min so i think it is just a totaly random drop Winor Realmwalker | ||||

| there is also now "a mist reaver" which spawns in place of black reavers and black reavers can also spawn on its death. it was level 52 i am pretty sure and dropped a no drop 12 30 1hs sword. BL epic piece maybe? | ||||
