| The mob that drops this item only spawns during the latter stages of the triggered Hollowshade War (see quest links). I believe the drop rate was 50/50. He always drops one of 2 items, the other being (if memory serves) a haste belt. | ||||

| You can do Emerald warrior quest for high the faction with mercant(?). You nedd to do it many times. The quest is following: went and talk to Emerald Warriors guild leader( warriors guild of Kelethin) And said ????. And you need a batfur a wolf skin(?) a spiderling eye(?) | ||||
