| I think your formula is correct, so the numbers in my earlier post are slightly off. 50% haste would change the effective ratio on a 12/31 weapon to 12/20.67, and it would change the effective ratio on a 9/20 weapon to 9/13.33. | I just left kedge and thought I'd let you all know exactly what mobs you can do what to. Phinny can't be mez'd but can be slowed. The swirlspine seahorses cannot be mez'd but can be slowed. | Tusk quest is givin but the othmir chief in Cobalt Scar. Simply take 4 ulthork tusks and give them to him for return of exp faction and a misc gem which can be anything from merchant fodder to the expensive Blue Diamond. | ||||

| Rangers do the 3rd most damage of any melee class, just behind monks, toe to toe that is. They are on a higher dmg table than warriors and have very high ATK. Before monks get access to weapons like wurmscale and priceless and even this baton rangers can even out damage them with a good bow and a go | ||||

| ANSIBLE was a player that was probibly trying to kill what ever hit you. If the mob was too far away, you would not have seen it casting, but if the player was closer and trying to land a spell on it, you would see thier casting. Make since? | ||||

| Umm, no there is not. This robe is almost at the top of the list sorted by AC & HP. There is a serious drop off below this. Toss in +15 sta, int, cha, MR. Heck tack on +10 to the rest of your saves. A little direct mana.... Not to mention two of the 4 - 5 robes above it are Uber guild only. | ||||

| Well i think that VI messed up things with the usage of Blue Diamonds in the new trade skills. Simple example is the new Druid wood elf armor, to make say the BP it costs 4.5k for thease gems if u get them at 1.5k each. | There are several factions in Cabilis, that's the problem you were having. The Troopers that you see at the gates are on Legion of Cabilis faction and that is raised by killing goblins and sarnak's. Its the Warrior Guild.
