| The Soulbinder is fairly eay to find if you know your way around town. On your way to the bank there is a large circle of NPCs surrounder Carver on a block where he obviously tortures prisoners. | Any 45+ Healer is usually welcome in KC, had a 46 druid as a healer in DT yesterday. Level really is not as much of a factor in KC as it is experience with the zone. | When i first started playing I ran through here with a lvl 3 druid. I actualy thought it was a good place and stayed there for another 2 levels before going to rivervale. | He does not have a place holder. In the building he spawns in there are 3 sarnak spawns inside and one just outside however and these will be kos to you unless you have the faction.
