| I was lucky enough to find a nearly complete set of this Shadowscream Steel armor at a merchant that most likely a skill-upping smith had dumped it on, in Felwithe. | well lots of guilds can get their warriors weapons with better tauning procs than this and so this is often a ranger/rogue weapon. the proc isnt all that bad & rangers pre-jolt to lower agro inadvance anyways. recently awarded one of these to a ranger. | All i Know about this item is its great on sullon pvp server for enchanters druids and mostly of all necromansers. It extends the affect of any dot spell maybe a snare and root, by 22%. so if your doting for 300 your gona get around 400. this works for all dots. so you kill faster or save a woping | ||||

| I just don't uunderstand why VI is putting damage delays like this on caster only weapons...Yeah i'm sure melees in the UBER guilds have much better than this.
