| Well, a high-end item with 17% or so like the FBSS would be a joke, it is probably closer to 40% It is a decent belt, but no classes save pure melee should roll on it(rogue, war, pal, rang, sk, monk) A bard with a haste song could use it I suppose, but no way should casters have a chance at this bad | ||||
