| How are your channeling skills? Did you put one point into channeling when you got to level 4? If you've been practicing channeling you'll be able to get your spells off better when you're under attack. I won't guarantee this will work 100% of the time but it certainly increases the odds. | I too picked up on of these near epic piercing weapons for this minor quest. My level 10 rogue friend loves it! EQ have fixed this now by banishing Sandford from AkAnon - checked on 2 servers and he's not there any longer (until the next patch I suspect). | ||||

| I'm a level 13 human (almost 14 yeah) and i soloed the Orc camp in the nw corner of West Commons. At least on Lannys the camp is usually open. The thing that is strange is that the 2 orc camps in East Commons are always camped with a wating list to get into. A five minute run away there is an ope | ||||
