| What Verant said when they changed the way haste stacked some time ago: You get 1 item, and 1 spell to stack. 2 items won't stack... 2 spells won't stack. If a item procs a spell, like the exe axe, then it will stack with an item. | ||||

| It looks like Ring of Scale affects dragons in Kunark, but not dragons in Velious. Velious ones are on Claws of Veeshan for the most part, or their own unique faction as in Yelinak. | Yes, you don't need to be given the quest - just hand the items in (Make sure that you don't already own the item already in the bank and are questing a 2nd pair to sell - they're all lore). Handed in the items for the scaled mystic gauntlets earlier and no problems :) | ||||
