| Many times i have traveled through there at night and once have i died. the secret is when entering from WC take a right and climb the wall. follow it till you take another right into the entrance of HHP. don't follow the cave that you'll see about halfway through unless you want to. | ||||

| I was given on of these last night in Ntov, 2 dropped me and a monk got one, hehe no one else wanted them. It is insta death almost for myself, well if used in ntov, but well be fun to solo with. | These sell for about 2.5pp to the vendors at the kitty fort. Since most lower level mobs don't drop coin on the moon, these can be a good source of income for kitties able to kill the grimling fishermen, which is what they drop from on about 1 out of 5 kills. | ||||

| Verant made a statement only a week or so ago that CHA has little affect on charms and mezzes...it's random and only very slight. SO essentially, the CHA is just a strange bonus given to this robe.
