Wrong. We ARE the human (or ogre) shields.
As I've said before, we don't even come close to doing the best damage. Our only skill is being able to tank. We do have the highest AC in the game.
Ever see a monk tank in Fear? They last about 30 seconds. Monks are the damage dealers, not damage t |

I agree, my posting dealt with a shammie as a healer/buffer. As the primary healer i pretty much follow my pattern above. If their is another to assume this duty , then my whole personna changes to fit what is needed by the group be it blaster or semi-melee type. I do appreciate your input and i sha |

Good place to fight if Frontier Mountains if you got Kunark. There are plenty of mobs to solo/kite or get in group with mountain giants at the fort. Makes for wonderful experience plus chance at forestloop drop 2ac 3 dex/wis/agil earrings.
Second as Aric says. go to SK if you can get into group |

You most likely right. When first taking on giants, ensare was resisted alot more than my snare so never went back to it. With your suggestion, ill give it another go.

I personally don't think you've experienced higher level fighting, where the mobs hit for about 77 three times in a row in less then 3 seconds, I'd much rather snare it, and zone (If I have NO hope), then to melee, and run slowly, and ensnare ware off, and be doomed, unless the newbies have a new li |

in all seriousness that really wasn't great exp. you just put in 4 hours at a blue spawn(25-27 gnolls). better exp at this level you can get by killing dwarves on sister isle i got through level 30 in 4 or 5 hours. the advantage is there are three dwarves on a 6min spawn and you can kill whenever yo |

Not for a Paladin...all the races lvl equally. Its like a halfling warrior levels faster than any other race that is a warrior, except maybe Humans. But as I stated earlier, there is no exp penalty for the race you choose to be a Paladin. |

But I decided to take Alteration, cause unlike the druid mythos, I do not prefer to solo that much, especially now that I am over 50+ (cause I can |

Resisted less, eh? I seem to find that my ensnare (1) is resisted a lot more than snare, and (2) has a great tendency to break 1 min or less after it hits the MoB. I've been using snare again ever since a stupid hill giant used me to clean his toenails after breaking every ensnare I hit him with.. |

If you can solo well, and know how to harmony pull, my advice would be to try to solo the bridge at the zone to City of Mist (in Emerald Jungle)...can be risky if others are hunting deep in the zone (VERY nasty trains, specially if a Black Reaver makes it back up to the zone) but 80% of the time, i' |

People talking about OT always seem to miss this, but ...
Overthere got me from 20-25 in a couple of days. Sure, most of the zone is for lvl 30+, but the northeast corner of the zone has much lower mobs. When you've got your first teleports, you can't stand the sight of crocs, and chickens in SK |
