The area below the staircase is what I would consider excellent hunting from around 35th (with a full group) to your upper 40's (solo or partnered) except for the insanely poor loot. But if you've already got 50k plat stocked up in the bank and you're looking to level a twink this is the place to be |

This quest I did to bring my faction up so I as a High Elf Cleric could train in the Temple of Life. Much better than turning in bone chips to Lashun Novashine. I went from Apprehensive to Indifferent with 3 rabid wold pelts (prior to this I had turned in about 20 bone chips to Lashun). However I h |

Doh, the Priestess name is at the top, if I would read first. LOL
I have not gotten the scroll Endure Disease from her for turning in the rabid wolf pelts, although she will cure you (cast cure disease on you).
You do get exp, faction, 1-2pp, and the scroll Endure disease for turning in a ra |

OK, first, you want to get all your weapon skills maxed. There are EXCELLENT weapons in all the skills as you progress through the game, so who knows which one you may stumble upon as you level. Second, 1H vs. 2H is what you are really looking at here. There are a few things you have to look at t |

Your right, snare is a random spell, even though it is longer than the 2 minute darkness. Ensnare on the other hand lasts 11 minutes every time. The DOT with the darkness series is nice, but if you need the mob snared longer than that, use ensnare. |

Ya know these necklaces drop off a level ONE mob too, not just the scouts. Goblin welps dropem all the time(or at least it seems they do). The hardest part of this quest is getting to Everfrost since as a lvl 1-5 you'd probably be beaten to death tryin to get through black borrow. |

I've been camping the bandits behind the bandit hill in West Karanas for a while now.
Primary benefits:
1) Bandit sashes. This is a great quest for both exp and loot. Turning them in to Chesguard at Qeynos pally guild will get you a bronze weap, gold, silver, and good exp.
2) Bronze weapo |

I agree ! What in the world were they thinking ! This sounds more like a shadow knight quest. I personally would love this weapon, but I will never wield it because in my opinion this quest is EVIL. We are paladins..we must strive to be just and good. So my next question is where do I turn in t |

Remember in this zone there are a large number of healers, and also most things hit a bit harder than they con. So dont spare the mana when you get your target down low, or he will soon be healed. Also due to the odd pathing you will want to pull a few times to determine how to get what you want w |

The only reason they [clerics and paladins] are played so rarely is that power gaming meglomaniacs like yourself cant handle not having the best stats in exchange for being something cool and original. |

Well, I've made my druid, but I chose Rallos because I would like to role play. I don't know if the team pvp servers have guilds that are just pks, but I met Terrorizers of Norath pretty quick. One of the guys gained level 20 to break the damage cap and got all his melee skills maxed, then killed |

This Quest starts at War Baron Eator in the Cabilis Warrior Guild.
After you Return the Memory of Sebilis to him he asks something (don't recall what he says), and after more talk he tells you to go to the Warlords in the Swamp, Lake and Woods garrisons and "say "trooper reporting for duty". You |

There is no real faction with respect to most animals, and certainly not normal ones like wolves, bears and lions., so druids don't lose faction by killing them. Personally, I consider it very poor roleplaying for a druid to kill any sort of normal animal, so I refrain from doing so. If a newbie is |

I totally agree with Kilraven on all aspect of this quest.
that said, I think that it's another prime example of a reward not nearly being worth the time/trouble/hazard of obtaining it. Having to go to OOT which is a pretty dangerous place and having to wait for a once-a-day (in game time) spawn |
