| I was hunting faeries for soil of underfoot when this fellow helped out them, he connned blue to me at 31. He was very difficult to kill, he was hitting in the high 40's, and took me down to about a bubble. Does he really spawn with a 15-25 level spread? He's a tough little guy. | ||||

| Yes, Feerrott is by far the better location to hunt firebeetles (minor and lesser scarabs). There are some in Rathe Mountains and South Ro, but hunting there is a bit dangerous. I rated the quest 'good', because selling the minor gem gets you more money than selling 3 firebeetle eyes. | ||||

| The reward for the quest is 'always' a rusty bihander. It sells for more than 2 gold to the merchant nearby. A good way to get some money early on. This quest can be done by darkelfs also. | ||||

| This is a qood quest if your factions slip with the guards in rivervale (as it used to when the squad ring quest was bugged and turned the guard faction to KOS on Tarrew Marr server) you need A lot of bandages to get your faction raised from KOS to apprehensive. but it does help in a pinch | ||||

| The faction given by this quest is PHENOMENAL... as long as you are in decent standing with CircleOfUnseenHands or don't care about them... since 4 brandy at a time will give you literally 1 faction level in many cases with merchants(i.e. indiff to amiable)... also hits the following other factions. | ||||

| Just an fyi, I've tried this quest on a couple dark characters. My DE rogue was unable to even get the quest, but my necromancer was. The NPC is at the top of the necro guild, and I believe the quest is actually necro only. Or at least you have to have similar faction to a necro to attain it. | ||||
