| Nesiff is in South Qeynos, in the courtyard by the clock. His shop is on the backside of one of the buildings there, and there is a sign outside that says "Nesiff's" something or other. | ||||

| Note: Bind wounds skill is capped at or near 100 (swear I saw 102).. I am told this stays locked in until level 50 and then can be trained higher. I'm not quite that big yet, and I'm not knocking the skill - it has saved me many times. | ||||

| Well first and most important make sure you put 1pt into Meditate (available at lvl 4). after that it's kind of up to you, I distributed my pouints into all the weapon styles until they got high enough to where you had to pay. You could also put your points into each spell "class"(evocation...etc) u | ||||

| I have to agree with you on this. I too have started a Iskar Necro and love it. I also had a Erudite Necro and like him, but not as much as the Iskar. | This is a straightforward quest. However, if you have been doing work for some of the good factions, such as the Steel Warriors & Qeynos Guards, it will take time to get your faction status up. | Okay, my root works better than my snare for some reason, and lasts for at least 2 spells, whether DD or DoT, the majority of the time. My snare is resisted more often than not and uses more mana. Root does damage, which I like. Haven't tried rooting one and pulling another just yet. Happy hunti | ||||

| This isn't meant to offend or slam anyone, but everywhere I read people say that the dumber races have a harder time advancing their skills and that it's quite a chore to keep trolls and ogres at level maximums.
