| It is a combat proc... however, if you looted one BEFORE the last patch, it will not work at all. I tried petitioning and got no response in 7 hours. It summons a stack of 20 bandages when the proc goes off. Kinda fun to throw a stack of bandages into a bag while you are meleeing hehe. | ||||

| noticed the other week that fishing in FV produced all sorts of fetid basses and no "normal" fish. I also noticed that I couldn't use basses for brewing, so I wonder if I have to sail to the old world to get "real" fish or what? | ||||

| The trivial level on this armor is above 116 but probably not much higher. That's what I'm at and I've made 2 belts, gorget, leggings and boots and only failed 2 out of 7 attempts.
