| You need some faction with the Priests of Life before Suuspa will give you any XP. Take the flask of water to Brother Estle a few times and turn in the broken beads before you try turning in the ring (which is a less common drop). | ||||

| Dont leave! Group! I grouped in and out of CB till i hit 9. thats where i am now, and i am not leaving this continent until i get my lvl 14 spells. I believe CB is the place to get from 9 to 14. At 5 i hunted at orc lift and down to the end of that path, with groups. With a group of 6 with people n | ||||

| I think im 85 str and 120 with storm str, whether i cast it or use one of these. I love these things ; ) Killing frost giants for xp, faction, toes, heads I usually nearly run one out of charges when I get another one. Great never having to cast the spell myself or worry about being overloaded | ||||

| You get this so often killing those blue - yellow to a level 30 walruses up north in eastern wastes. Virtually no one is going to buy one in the area since they can get themselves. About only people who'd really bother selling one would be druid or wiz teleporting around auctioning other stuff. | ||||
