| I agree with you. I personally think that these would be used only by Necromancers and Enchanters... as Mages / Wizards don't _need_ the hp and great AC, but the skillmod is great. Having a necromancer (and an enchanter as well, both 52+) I know that I would use these on either character, hands down | ||||

| Holy poop is right!! If I understand this correctly, this is a triggered effect, and should therefore stack with constant effects, like those on certain haste gloves, cloaks, or weapons. This is definitely a handy thing to have around. | ||||
